The Chandra Family Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas Austin has multiple faculty openings with a start date of Fall 2023 for assistant professor positions. The department has embarked on a strategic expansion of our research focus, spanning growth in: applied AI/machine learning (ML), especially robotics and ML & systems; security and privacy; intelligent systems and infrastructure; and beyond Moore technology and systems.

Description

The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at Austin will fill faculty positions as needed, at the rank of Lecturer/Senior Lecturer/Distinguished Senior Lecturer, Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Instruction, or Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Practice, to teach courses within the undergraduate and graduate Electrical and Computer engineering curriculum. Full and part-time positions may become available, contingent upon curriculum needs, student enrollment and the availability of funding.
